Lynda Tomlinson is a Reiki Master and Practitioner, and hosts this two day course at the Guiding Light Centre UK in Barry, South Wales.
Before the course it is advised to take walks through nature or meditate. Think about what you want to get from the course. When you know what you want you are more likely to achieve it.
Before the course avoid alcohol, illegal drugs and nicotine for at least a day or preferably a week before class. Try to eat lightly and avoid stimulants such as caffeine or sugar on the day and during the course.
A course booklet is provided and a certificate will be awarded on completion of the course. Tea and coffee is provided.
